Wedding in GBJ
Wedding ceremonies at GBJ take place in the former monastic church, the columned hall featuring sculptures by the artist Janez Boljka, the ceremonial space of the Potokar Library, or in the shelter of the magnificent arcaded courtyard by the fountain.
After the ceremony, it is possible to rent the Cviček Cellar. The wedding guests can then take a guided tour of the gallery through permanent collections and temporary exhibitions, while the newlyweds take advantage of this time and the beautiful backdrop of the monastery and its surroundings, including the Forma viva sculpture park, for photography.
Wedding ceremonies at the Božidar Jakac Gallery are conducted by registrars from the Krško Administrative Unit, so it is necessary to first reserve the wedding date and time with the Krško Administrative Unit, Cesta krških žrtev 14, 8270 Krško, contact: ue.krsko@gov.si or +386 7 498 1402. For companies: Teambuilding programs
In the shelter of cultural heritage and nature, take advantage of the time dedicated to building bonds within your team. The program is prepared in collaboration with the company, and here we offer just a few suggestions: a guided tour of the Forma viva Sculpture Park or the permanent and temporary exhibitions, a wine tasting in the Cviček Cellar, a demonstration of printing techniques in various graphic methods, a creative graphic workshop, or clay modeling. In collaboration with the Kostanjevica na Krki Tourist Information Center and local providers, we can design a comprehensive and even multi-day program.

Skupaj bomo poiskali prostor, ki bo nadgradil vaš dogodek. Edinstven ambient nekdanjega cistercijanskega samostana s Parkom skulptur Forma viva omogoča številne priložnosti za organizacijo in izvedbo dogodkov kot so konference, predavanja, srečanja in poslovni sestanki. Cviček cellar
The Cviček Cellar hosts a boutique shop of local wines produced by winemakers united in the Consortium Cviček cooperative. The consortium was established in 2004 and brings together 12 major producers of Cviček PTP from the Dolenjska region, ensuring consistent quality and controlled geographical origin. The Cviček Cellar tells the story of wine and its role in the life of the Dolenjska people, as well as winemaking and wine production over time. It also offers the opportunity to taste wines from local producers and try the local specialty, the “cop na lop” pastry.

Charging station for electric vehicles
