First Prints – The Begginings of Art Prints in Slovenia, 1900-1920

The guest exhibition of the National Gallery in Ljubljana presents the beginnings of graphic art in Slovenia. Before its first revival in 1921, printmaking was a hermetic discipline, limited to five or six local artists and two centres – Ljubljana and Ptuj.

The exhibition was presented by curator Andrej Smrekar.
