Robert Roussil was born in 1925 in Montrealu, Canada. Graduated in Montreal.  During the years 1958 and1978 lived in Provanse village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup. He is the author of a number of public sculptures. He also exhibited in Picasso Museum in Antibes. He died 15 May 2013 Tourrettes-sur-Loup, en Provence, France.
