Frederick Bushe was born in 1931 in Coatbridge, Scotland. He studied Fine Arts at the Birningham University. In 1962-1979 he was a lecturer of sculpture at the Liverpool and Aberdeen Universities. In 1979 he established Scottish Sculpture Workshop. His sculpture, made at the Forma Viva symposium in Kostanjevica na Krki, was erected in front of Belinka enterprise in Črnuče, Ljubljana. Bushe died in 2009.
