Delavnica za mladostnike

Učinki ustvarjanja, kot so slikanje, risanje ali pisanje, dokazano pomagajo blažiti negativna čustva. Raziskave kažejo, da lahko ustvarjalno izražanje znatno zmanjša stres in tesnobo ter izboljša splošno počutje. Zato se med poukom in predavanji boljše počutiš, če čečkaš po zvezku … predstavljaj si, kako bi se šele, če bi lahko po platnu z jezo zlil_a vedro barve. Vso pozitivo in negativo lahko pretvoriš v ustvarjalno energijo, ki ti bo pomagala pri razvozlavanju tvojega notranjega dogajanja.
