Born in 1923 in Schwäbisch-Hall, Germany. Since 1933 lived in Israel. Studied in Israel and Accademia di Bel Arte in Florence and Ecole de Beaux Art in Paris. Worked in painting, sculpture, print, book illustration, prose and poetry. Received a number of award (UNESCO). Died in 2009, a month prior to grand retrospective exhibition in Israel.
