Galerija Božidar Jakac will continue its programme, Traces of Art, in 2026.

Every last Thursday of the month, we will meet in the morning and, in a relaxed atmosphere, discover the stories told by art through the museum’s exhibitions and collections.

Our first series will be dedicated to the work of the museum.

February 26: How is an Exhibition Made?
March 26: Conservation and Restoration Workshop
April 30: Working with Permanent Collections

We will continue to follow art throughout the year and learn about the areas covered by the GBJ. If you enjoy socializing in this new reality, join us as we discover forma viva and photography (May–August) and mysticism in art (September–December).

The gatherings are free for Friends of the GBJ, otherwise an entrance fee is charged. To help us organize the event, please register by 23 January 2026. Registrations are being collected at info@galerija-bj.si or 07 49 88 140.
