Visit us by bike

Date: 30. 09. 2024
Time: 10:00

You can also visit us by bike and/or public transport.

We place great emphasis on sustainability, as our location gives us ideal opportunities to reflect on this topical issue. Sustainability is intertwined with our past as well as our future. The sculptures at Forma Viva have been made from local oak since 1961, and our occasional exhibition programme addresses themes of sustainability and environmental challenges. The temporary exhibition New Age: Artistic Discourses on Social and Climate Change thus  refer to ongoing degradation of the environment, as well as challenges caused by modern-day technologies. Furthermore, they draw attention to some fundamental social and ecological questions, and therefore aim to raise awareness about the far-reaching consequences of social and climate change.

In this way, we would like to encourage you to think about sustainable ways of visiting the museum. Visit us by bike (and/or public transport) in July and August and we will give you a 20% discount on regular ticket prices.
