Amid all the noise, thoughts begin to form their own connections. Silence does not remain empty for long; it is filled by what has been waiting to be heard — an echo accentuated by the presence that confirms it. Human presence shapes space; we are both containers and connectors. Through our entanglement, the space between bodies becomes palpable. The project maps the body and stretches it beyond its physical boundaries. It explores connections that extend beyond ourselves — threads that speak a language composed of tensions and relation. These ntangible networks form a living diagram of human interaction.
7:30 PM / AnimotMUZIK: Lecture by Katarina Radaljac Jazbec
This lecture explores how to think about the sounds of birds and other animals beyond mere distant observation, and what it means to enter a space as an equal participant.
8:30 PM / AnimotMUZIK: ecological concert with birds (Forma viva sculpture park)
Performers: birds, Jure Boršič, Vita Kobal, Alja Petric, Tea Vidmar, Brane Zorman
The concert will translate the theoretical framework of the lecture into practice. The performers will construct a non-hierarchical, polyphonic sound structure in which the human contribution does not arise in isolation, but rather opens up a space into which the ecosystem enters as an equal partner in the co-creation of a sound composition. The AnimotMUZIK series explores the relationships between human and non-human beings through listening, responding, and improvisation.
