Dragica Čadež: Zgodba o lesu in glini

Retrospektivna razstava Dragice Čadež predstavlja presek več kot petdesetletnega opusa kiparke, ki je od sredine 60. let dodobra zaznamovala slovenski in širši regionalni kulturni prostor. Gostujoča razstava je bila izvorno predstavljena v Mestni galeriji v Ljubljani, vendar bo postavitev v Galeriji Božidar Jakac še znatno obsežnejša in podrobnejša. Ravno Galerija Božidar Jakac namreč hrani največjo zbirko njenih del iz različnih obdobij, skupaj več kot 270 kipov.

Dragica Čadež: A Story of Wood and Clay

The retrospective of the sculptor Dragica Čadež showcases comprehensive overview her body of work spanning more than fifty years, which has, since the mid 1960s, thoroughly denoted Slovenian and wider regional cultural milieu. The exhibition was premiered at the City Gallery Ljubljana, however, the display at GBJ - Božidar Jakac Art Museum will be significantly more extensive and detailed as GBJ keeps the biggest oeuvre of her works from different periods in the permanent collection, in total more than 270 pieces.
