He graduated at the Faculty of Stomatology in Belgrade (1958) and Faculty of Medicine in Sarajevo (1972). He studied art history in Belgrade. During his studies, he made numerous study-related journeys to Italy, France, Spain, Germany and Canada. He worked as a professor at Faculty of Stomatology and at Fine Arts Academy in Sarajevo. He was a member of International Sculpting Association of UNESCO. From 1978 he was a member of Academy of Arts and Sciences of BiH. He died in 2016.
