Roman Makše was born in 1963 in Ljubljana. He graduated in sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Ljubljana in 1989 and completed his master’s degree in 1994. He works as Associate Professor of Sculpture at the Faculty of Education, University of Ljubljana. In 2007, he exhibited at the Former Monastery Church of Božidar Jakac Art Museum.
