Eugen Cuica was born in 1913 in Miluan, Romania. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bucharest. He lived in Italy and USA where he worked as a professor at Dowling College-Oakdales in New York. He was engaged with theory as the author of the book ‘4th Dimension of the Art’. His work was exhibited in a number of museums worldwide, as well as in the White House in Washington. He died 2005 in New York.
